Lesson Learned????

NOOOO!!! What do you get when you leave a tube of desitin on the family room floor and you have a two year old wondering your house?

Seriously, what was I thinking? Am I just a gluten(how do you spell that word any way) for punishment? As if I don't have enough to do in the mornings. Of course I have to clean it up and then post the blog. I just keep singing that song from Enchanted. You know the Happy working song! Boy am I happy...this is G-R-E-A-T!!!

I have had that moment too! Your life is like deja vu for me. The only difference is that mine was also spread on the surrounding upholstered furniture. I totally sympathize. My two best friends are Goo Gone and Spot Shot Carpet Cleaner. They will get it out. They will also get out silly putty, gum, bike and auto grease, and lip gloss. Ask me how I know?!

I am so sorry! That does not look like it will be easy to get out. I am surprised that Dallin has not done this. He is my trouble maker. Good luck with the GOO!

We have all had those moments. At least it wasn't A&D ointment. That stuff is like grease. I know because Noah got into that one time and smeared it all over the carpet and himself including his hair. I washed his hair over and over again. It was like an oil slick.
It could be worse. Noah also wrote all over my couch with a SHARPIE. That doesn't come out with anything. It says permanent for a reason. All I can say is, slipcover!!

To answer you questions...nope, no one else has blogs. Dave & Clark are on Facebooks, and Kevin is on MySpace, and Jared & McKenzi don't have a computer at home, so they refuse to do anything like a blog (even though I keep trying to get them to do one!)
We aren't going to Catalina this year. We went to the East Coast for our BIG vacation this year, and in September (when Jon has a few days off) we are taking Allie to Disneyland for her first time! We will miss you guys! Soak up some sun for us, and go kayaking!
THANK YOU SO MUCH for putting the adoption thing on your blog! I really hope someone see's it, and it helps to "get the word out" better!
